Cadence
- Daily editor review of the moderation queue. SLA: news items added to the queue go up within 24 hours or are explicitly rejected.
- Manual ingestion in v1 — editors curate items from the standing source list above and submit drafts at /admin.
- RSS-assisted ingestion is the next iteration — a daily job will pre-populate the queue from sources that publish RSS, still gated by editor publish.
Editorial invariant
No item appears on /news without an editor explicitly publishing it. Automation may seed the moderation queue; it never publishes to the public feed.
