Ad policy
Last updated: 2026-07-04.
We run ads to fund AI in Healthcare — hosting, editorial, and the daily newsletter. Advertising must never distort what we publish or who we cover. This page documents what we accept, what we ban, and how you can flag anything you think crosses the line.
What we accept
- Healthcare AI products and services from established vendors — clinical, imaging, revenue cycle, operations, biotech.
- Educational programs from accredited institutions or reputable online providers.
- Conferences, workshops, and hiring for AI-in-healthcare roles.
- Books, tools, and services we would recommend editorially even without payment.
What we ban
Regardless of price, we don't run:
- Health supplements, nootropics, weight-loss pills, or "one weird trick" wellness ads.
- Crypto tokens, NFTs, MLM opportunities, and get-rich-quick schemes.
- "AI doctor" chatbots or symptom checkers that market medical advice direct to consumers.
- Sensational or unverifiable medical claims ("cures", "reverses", "guaranteed results").
- Competitor healthcare-news aggregators.
- Deepfake or AI-generated impersonations of real clinicians or public figures.
- Political, religious, or issue-advocacy campaigns.
Labeling
Every paid placement is labeled. On the site, ads appear inside a bordered container marked Sponsored or Advertisement. In the newsletter, sponsored slots carry a Sponsored tag above the copy and a link back to this page in the footer.
Editorial independence and disclosures
- Sponsors have no input into which articles we publish, which stories we cover, or how we cover them.
- We never sell subscriber data or the newsletter list.
- Affiliate links (for example, courses, books, or conference tickets) use
rel="sponsored"and are disclosed at the top of any article that contains them. - If we cover a company that has advertised with us, we say so in the article.
Report an ad
If you see an ad on this site or in the newsletter that seems misleading, inaccurate, or off-brand, tell us. Reports go straight to the editor.
